The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) is a government-supported entity launched in 2016 with a mandate to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sharjah, and support entrepreneurs as they build and grow innovative startups that will contribute positively to the region’s economy. Sheraa is headquartered at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, and also has two hubs in the heart of the American University of Sharjah and the University of Sharjah. Sheraa works hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs to build, launch, and scale startups that go on to make a significant impact in their communities. The organization also has a strong focus on empowering the next generation of changemakers, through hackathons and capacity building programs in the university hubs to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. At the end of every year, Sheraa hosts the annual Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival, which brings together over 6000 entrepreneurs, investors, creators, industry leaders and the youth for two days of uplifting conversations, deep connection, personal growth and transformation. In essence, Sheraa’s offerings support the full spectrum of entrepreneurship, from motivating the youth to scaling startups, driving Sharjah’s vision of being a world-class entrepreneurship hub.

تأسس مركز الشارقة لريادة الأعمال "شراع" لدعم بيئة الأعمال الحاضنة لريادة الأعمال في الشارقة في عام 2016 ويهدف لتحفيزتأسيس الشركات الناشئة ونموها، وتجمع منصات "شراع" الشركات الناشئة والرواد والطلاب وتتيح لهم مجموعة من خدمات تطويرالمهارات والموارد الداعمة لتحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع مبتكرة، ويقوم المركز ببناء شبكة شاملة وتعاونية بين رواد الأعمال على مستوى العالم لدعم أعضائه في النمو والتوسع بمشاريعهم.&nbsp;يقع المقر الرئيسي لمركز شراع في مجمع الشارقة للأبحاث والتكنولوجيا والابتكار، كما أن له مركزين في قلب الجامعة الأمريكية في الشارقة وجامعة الشارقة.&nbsp;يعمل مركز شراع بالتعاون مع رواد الأعمال على بناء وإطلاق وتوسيع الشركات الناشئة التي تستمر في تحقيق تأثير كبير في مجتمعاتهم ويركز أيضًا بشكل كبير على تمكين الجيل القادم من صناع التغيير من خلال فعاليات "هاكاثون" وبرامج بناء القدرات في مركزي الجامعات لتعزيز الوعي الريادي منذ سن مبكرة.&nbsp;في نهاية كل عام، يستضيف مركز شراع مهرجان الشارقة لريادة الأعمال، الذي يجمع بين أكثر من 6000 رائد أعمال ومستثمر ومبدع وقادة صناعة وشباب لمدة يومين من المحادثات الملهمة، والتواصل العميق، والنمو الشخصي والتحول في مجال ريادة الأعمال.&nbsp;في جوهرها، تدعم برامج شراع نطاقًا كاملاً من ريادة الأعمال، بدءًا من تحفيز الشباب إلى توسيع نطاق الشركات الناشئة، مما يدعم رؤية الشارقة لتصبح مركزًا عالميًا لريادة الأعمال

Sharjah Investors Services Center (SAEED) was established by the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah) to make it easier for Emirati Nationals, Arab and foreign investors to set up their businesses in Sharjah. (SAEED) a dynamic entity created specifically to help investors and entrepreneurs set up their business in the Emirate of Sharjah with unheard of speed and efficiency. The first-of-its-kind in the emirate, (SAEED) Center offers a complete range of government solutions to investors, all under one roof.

أطلق مكتبُ الشارقة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر (استثمر في الشارقة) مركزَ الشارقة لخدمات المستثمرين (سعيد) بهدف إيجاد منصة متخصصة تعمل على تسهيل تأسيس الأعمال وإنجاز المعاملات الخاصة بالمستثمرين من المواطنين الإماراتيين والعرب والأجانب في الإمارة.

وقد أُنشئَ "سعيد" خصيصاً لمساعدة المستثمرين ورواد الأعمال على تأسيس أنشطتهم وشركاتهم في إمارة الشارقة بسرعةٍ عالية وكفاءةٍ غير مسبوقة، ويُعدّ المركز الأول من نوعه في الإمارة، ومنصةً واحدة تقدم مجموعةً متكاملة من الحلول والخدمات الحكومية الموجهة للمستثمرين.

Maraya Art Centre&nbsp;is a non-profit art space founded in 2010 by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq). Located at Al Qasba in Sharjah, it provides a platform for contemporary visual arts from the UAE, the wider MENA region, and international contexts.&nbsp;The Centre supports artistic practice through exhibitions, commissions, and&nbsp;publications. It also houses a resource library offering access to&nbsp;books&nbsp;on art, design&nbsp;and culture, and delivers a year-round programme of&nbsp;talks, workshops, and community-based activities.&nbsp;Maraya&nbsp;Art Centre&nbsp;also leads the&nbsp;Jedariya&nbsp;Street&nbsp;Art&nbsp;Initiative that enlivens Sharjah’s public spaces while engaging youth in creative expression and community awareness.&nbsp;On&nbsp;Sharjah’s&nbsp;Flag Island,&nbsp;Maraya Art Centre’s sister institution,&nbsp;1971 – Design Space,&nbsp;extends&nbsp;its&nbsp;commitment to the field of&nbsp;contemporary&nbsp;design. Since its establishment in 2015, the venue has presented exhibitions that explore diverse and innovative approaches to contemporary design&nbsp;in all its forms.&nbsp;

مركز مرايا للفنون هو مساحة فنية غير ربحية تأسّس عام 2010 من قبل هيئة الشارقة للاستثمار والتطوير (شروق). يقع في القصباء بالشارقة، و يقدم منصة للفنون البصرية المعاصرة من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، وكذلك من السياقات الدولية الأوسع.&nbsp;يدعم المركز الممارسات الفنية عبر تنظيم المعارض والتكليفات والنشر. كما يضم مكتبة متخصّصة تتيح الاطلاع على كتب حول الفن والتصميم والثقافة، ويقدّم برنامجًا سنويًا متنوعًا يشمل المحاضرات وورش العمل والأنشطة المجتمعية.&nbsp;يقود المركز كذلك مبادرة الجدارية لفن الشارع، التي تسهم في إحياء المساحات العامة في الشارقة، مع إشراك الشباب في التعبير الإبداعي وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي.&nbsp;وعلى جزيرة العلم في الشارقة، يواصل 1971 – مركز للتصاميم، بصفته المؤسسة الشقيقة لمركز مرايا للفنون، التزامه بمجال التصميم المعاصر. فمنذ تأسيسه عام 2015، قدّم المركز سلسلة من المعارض التي تستكشف مقاربات متنوّعة ومبتكرة للتصميم المعاصر بجميع أشكاله.&nbsp;

1971 is a multi-functional design space dedicated to the display and discussion of all forms of contemporary design ranging from graphic, furniture to interior, interactive design and new technologies. With a variety of curated exhibitions and public programmes, 1971-Design Space aims to become a regional and international design hub in the U. A. E. working in close proximity with local designers, architects, schools and universities. 1971-Design Space also serves as an informal meeting point and includes a fully serviced cafe for the enjoyment of the public.

"1971–مركز للتصاميم" هو مركز مبتكر متعدد التخصصات، يعمل على عرض ومناقشة مختلف أشكال التصميم المعاصرة في مجالات متنوعة؛ مثل الأثاث والديكورات الداخلية، والتصاميم التفاعلية، والتقنيات الحديثة. ويسعى المركز من خلال المعارض والبرامج الفنية التي ينظمها للتحول إلى مركز تصميم عالمي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والعمل عن قرب مع المصممين والمهندسين المعماريين والمدارس والجامعات في المجتمع المحلي. ويُعدّ المركز كذلك نقطة التقاء غير رسمية، وفيه مقهى كامل الخدمات لتوفير أجواء هادئة وممتعة للجمهور والزوار.

The property was commissioned in honor of the Sharjah World Book Capital 2019 title by UNISCO and is the living legacy of the promises made then, namely to continue to promote reading and ease access to knowledge to all members of society and in doing so, become a progressive society that are the catalysts of harmonious coexistence. House of Wisdom aims to promote reading and ease access to knowledge by redefining the concept of a library and cultural centre and pushing to the future. Making it more than just a home for books. A home for ideas to be created and exchanged between people and cultures. A home for the young and old, the amateur and professional, the inspired and inspiring. A home where education and entertainment are not exclusive to each other.

أُطلق هذا المشروع الحضاري البارز احتفاءً باختيار إمارة الشارقة "عاصمة عالمية للكتاب 2019" من قبل منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو)، وهو الإرث الحي للوعود المقطوعة آنذاك، والمتمثلة في تعزيز القراءة وتسهيل الحصول على المعارف كي يصبح المجتمع أكثر تقدماً وازدهاراً ومبنياً على قاعدة من التعايش المتناغم بين جميع مكوناته. تعيد المكتبة تعريف مفهوم المكتبة والمركز الثقافي لتجعل منه أكثر من مجرد مكان للمطالعة ونهل المعارف، وليكون بوتقةً للأفكار التي يبدعها الناس وتتبادلها العقول والثقافات. إنه حاضنةٌ جديدة لليافعين والكبار، وللهواة والمحترفين، وللملهِمين والملهَمين. وهي تجمع بأسلوب فريد بين التعليم والثقافة والترفيه.
